George Barran from Gateway called back. He said the owners are not interested in leasing any of the property he didn't think. In fact, another church has approached him about that already. But he will ask them to make sure. I told him to keep us in mind in case they do decide to lease. There is a Youth Center that backs up to the stone church that selling for $264,000. It would make great office buildings but it doesnt have the church look. He said to call him if we want to do a walk-through.
