Understanding the Bible
The Bible at times can seem complicated and difficult to grasp what God is actually trying to communicate to us. We should not feel intimidated or ashamed if we don’t fully understand the Bible, for in fact, scholars and theologians have been wrestling with the meaning of Biblical scripture for centuries. With that in mind, Robbie has asked Mark Timm and me to begin a series on “The Hard Sayings of Jesus”.
We’re still trying to feel out an approach on how to present this to the congregation. It will most likely be through the church blog with a notification to everyone that a new topic has been posted.
